That was Speaker Joe Hackney’s terse analysis of Gov. Mike Whatshisname’s State of the State speech last night to the General Assembly. The governor did not mention former Speaker Jim Black’s felony guilty plea and walked away from reporters when they tried to ask him about his speech.
