So, North Carolina is a great state to do business, have kids, raise a family, etc. But sometimes, Governor Easley’s staff just cracks me up. This gem from Governor Easley’s Deputy Press Secretary Seth Effron is just too good to simply be buried in today’s CJ piece on Michael Decker.

inaccuracy of your tales based upon any response or lack thereof from
this office would be misguided and unjustified,?
If this is the best the press office can do in the Easley administration, maybe they need to get some more slush fund money to hire more qualified and tactful employees. Currently convicted and jailed former Congressman Frank Ballance had similar things to say prior to his indictments.
