And clearly whomever is picking the beers knows their stuff, all high-quality microbrews. 64-oz. of fresh Double IPA? Don’t mind if I do. Oh, you’ll want one too.

I’ll also note that Piggly Wiggly’s independent operator set-up, with essentially no corporate structure to answer to, encourages stores to be innovative and try new things.

I think there might be a Nobel Prize in this.
