It is obvious that the president did not get the memo and is thus far afield from the accepted script.
I mean the interim president of Iraq, Ghazi Marshal Ajil al-Yawer:

But the man who received the highest popular-vote total for U.S. president in 2000, Al Gore, suggested that the abuses weren’t just the actions of a few soldiers. Gosh, whom to believe?
