I got my latest Trinity Park
News yesterday, the newsletter from the neighborhood that brought you
the pots-and-pan demonstration against the we-all-know-they’re-guilty
Duke lacrosse team. In the events section I noticed there was an
“Egg Hunt” on Saturday. Not an “EASTER egg hunt,” but just an egg
hunt. I don’t have any past Easter-season newsletters so I don’t know
when the editors made this change. Next year I wouldn’t be surprised if
they announced the “egg hunt” was called off because it exploited
chickens who were not being raised “cruelty free.”
On a lighter note, check out this site. It features dancing Korean eggs, including my favorites, a couple of fighter-pilot eggs.
