The NY Times perhaps struggling to give Wal-Mart credit – A way to cover 1.2 million workers plus their families
A $1,000 deductible plan which qualifies for an HSA; plus 3
doctor visits before the deductible. The low premium is in part due to
the $25,000 insurance cap during the first year; the cap is lifted
after that. Sounds quite reasonable. Even Uwe E. Reinhardt said critics
“would have trouble attacking this plan.”
