There is nothing about this memorial that is appropriate

The memorial service for the dead and wounded in Arizona is simply grotesque. I mentioned this weekend that I felt a Wellstone funeral coming. I was referring to the reaction of America to the finger pointing of liberals and the media. I didn’t expect an ACTUAL Wellstone funeral pep rally. Have we in America gone nuts. Don’t we know what memorial means. Do people know that prayers are not to be applauded. This is depressing.

UPDATE: Oh, my God. Obama is being introduced as if he’s at a Democratic convention. I almost expected them to say, “Let’s give it up for the Prez. Woof, woof, woof.”
