I received advice yesterday from somebody who wanted me to remove a bumper sticker from my car. Although he assured me he ardently supported the candidate, he was afraid I was subjecting myself to vandalism and break-ins. The moral of the story is that we should muffle our personal voting preferences and openly campaign for those would beat us up for power if all we had was the Law of the Jungle. Maybe the politicians are right, and the few thousands we spend on all this ballot stuff is too expensive. Ya think?
