Obamacare’s staying power is heavily grounded in the fact that nobody knows what’s in it, so nobody believes any legislative change will perform as advertised, and everybody expects the president to change what he must to impose it. It is safe to speculate that well-adjusted adults oppose being esteemed as a piece of meat to be processed to pay only a portion of the federal government’s unfunded liabilities. Conservatives among us oppose mechanization of the healer’s art, having to live with pain and pay for others who need high-tech treatment for the sniffles, draining the productive sector to fuel accounting practices that can’t even detect nine-digit woopsies, paying into financial strategies that cannot be made to work – as long as the system promises, however falsely, they personally get more than they give.

Personally, I want the beast to die. Since I shouldn’t offer criticism without suggestions, I would say start small, don’t overhaul.
