The president of Mexico says Mexico doesn’t end at its borders and that wherever there is a Mexican “there is Mexico.” If we’d gotten tough on illegal immigration in 1986 or 1990 or five years ago or even two years ago instead of playing the political-correctness game and trying to make all Americans feel guilty for not speaking Spanish to our “visitors,” we wouldn’t be hearing such nonsense from a head of state. Now we have to deal with it.

Worse, in Durham’s schools, Mexican parents don’t even try to speak English anymore because all the teachers are bending over backward trying to speak Spanish. Tell me why this isn’t a problem.
