The Peabody Awards, the electronic media’s version of the Pulitzer, announced it’s 2008 awards yesterday. Sad to say, they are administered by my alma mater, the University of Georgia. Sad because of what is considered a winning attribute (emphasis mine)

Man, that’s great. A comedy show with a bunch of permanent 14-year-olds performing dumb schtick affected a national election. Gotta be worthy of a prize (as long as the right guy won, of course).
