My daughter links to a couple of stories where law-abiding citizens carrying legal concealed weapons turned the tables on some thugs. If this happened more in Durham it would be a good thing.
Problem is, Durham’s thugs seem to be targeting Hispanics, who may be illegal and, therefore, probably not in possession of concealed carry permits, and Duke students, who are probably ideologically against carrying weapons.
