N.C. House Speaker Thom Tillis has the edge in the money race against his Republican rivals, but trails incumbent Sen. Kay Hagan, who has raised more than $12 million, compared to Tillis’ just over $3 million.
Good thing Hagan is running ahead in the money race, especially since she’s decided to run ads hoping to influence the GOP primary. I normally try to avoid political relativism, but I can’t help but think that if a Republican incumbent were trying to influence a Democratic primary, he or she would be hearing from the mainstream media.
Haven’t heard much from Hagan’s friends in the mainstream media. Doesn’t hurt either that she’s got friends in the entertainment industry.
