For the Town of Matthews to make its annual budget by handing out speeding tickets on Northeast Parkway to shoppers rushing to Sycamore Commons-Windsor Square. Saw three in one day, maybe 10 this week.
In fact, as the town’s entire police force seems to be involved, I’m pretty sure you could walk into the town hall, yell “Mint Hill Rules!” and there wouldn’t even be anyone around to chase you.
