The News & Observer reports that at least 50 public school districts in North Carolina have decided to let parents decide whether or not their child will wear a mask in the classroom. That’s nearly half of the 115 districts. It’s an issue that should spark discussion. To that end, Locke’s Mitch Kokai talked with Locke’s education expert Dr. Terry Stoops about the issues at play in the debate.
