The Hill reports that President Obama spent 10 minutes alone in the Oval Office this morning reading the traditional note left for him by the departing commander in chief.
My gut tells me the new president read the note, leaned back in his chair, gulped at the reality of all the secret information he now knows, and said to himself, “George Bush wasn’t such an idiot after all.”
And if he didn’t tell himself that, he should have.
