The poor, impoverished state has great need of taxing auto repair services, and, as has been formerly noted, everything under the sun except lawyers and accountants, has awarded $435,000 via the NC Parks and Recreation Trust Fund to construct a Greenway along the Tuckasegee River.
It will, of course, create jobs.
