I just learned that SB 494, a real annexation reform bill that was scheduled to be heard on Tuesday in the Senate State and Local Government Committee is now off the calendar.
I guess the leaders first need time to gut the bill and introduce a committee substitute.
I’m really starting to believe in term limits.
