Other than that, I like the draw for the Heels. Tennessee is by far the weakest #2 seed — do not be surprised if they fall to Butler in the 2nd round.
Poor Winthrop. Gets to play an East region game in Denver. What is up with that? Wash. St. is beatable, but probably not if the Eagles have to travel as far as the Cougars. Clemson gets dangerous teams, but up-and-down teams. The Tigers could easily make it to the Sweet 16. And Davidson, in Raleigh, assuring the NCAA of a darling mid-major to go up against big, bad Georgetown. The Zags are good, but coming East for the earlier game is no favor.
UNC should be back in Charlotte in a week. But that is why they play the games.
Bonus Observation: VPI got jobbed and dook will have its hands full with West Virginia.
