The Selma couple who allegedly chopped up the bodies of a man and a
woman and buried their parts under their farmhouse and stashed them in
a freezer will plead guilty in the case tomorrow, WRAL reports.

Under deals reached between the defendants and former Johnston County
District Attorney Tom Lock, Bobby Pollard would plead guilty to
second-degree murder and be sentenced to seven to 12 years in prison,
while Louise Pollard would plead guilty to being an accessory to murder
and face a sentence of five to seven years in jail….

Johnston County District Attorney Susan Doyle said she plans to move forward with the plea deals.

Doyle, who defeated Dale Stubbs in November, was supposed to be tougher on crime than Stubbs.
