Five days before Halloween, the John Locke Foundation’s top legislative watcher has tallied the top tricks and treats from the N.C. General Assembly’s 2015 session.
Becki Gray shared her findings with JLF’s Shaftesbury Society. Among the treats, as discussed in the video clip below, was the legislature’s decision to exercise fiscal discipline.
