From the agency’s letter offering a $940 billion price tag that Dem leaders (and the MSM) are quoting:

… the agency has not thoroughly examined the reconciliation proposal to verify its consistency with the previous draft. This estimate is therefore preliminary, pending a review of the language of the reconciliation proposal, as well as further review and refinement of the budgetary projections.

Indeed, Anna Edney of Congress Daily tweets that it may be Friday or Saturday before any final score is available … which may be right around the time Dem leaders want to schedule a vote on the bill, or the Slaughter Solution, or something.

So much for the 72-hour rule.
