The Guilford County Board of Education is still trying to hash out the school system’s budget. Looks like the latest discussion involved whether to cut school bus stops or Mission Possible bonuses.
Board member Sandra Alexander came out in favor of the former:
“It will require that our students walk a little more, but they’re too fat anyway, so they need exercise,” Alexander said. “I think this is one of the more palatable cuts.”
