Complaint: The Appearance Commission in Polk County is seeking nominations for Beautification Awards.
Recommendation: If one gets high off free association in an Appearance Commission, that’s their business; but from here it makes more sense to enjoy beauty without being cumbered by a bureaucratic structure.
