The owner of 39 acres in the Thomasville Business Park is ready to move on a 300-unit condo development, but the city’s Board of Planning and Adjustment denied the rezoning request, reasoning—according the Lexington Dispatch –such use “would have countered the reason the park was originally created.”
Never mind the fact that the “business park” is mostly empty.
