After the first 90 minutes, I’m struck by the following: First, the filmmakers have taken great pains to point to the bureaucratic breakdowns in the fight against terrorism in the 1990s.
Second, this film has an awful lot of Arab actors, at least some of whom must be Muslim. I’m impressed so many are willing to take part in a project that’s likely to draw fire as “portraying Islam unfairly.” They are to be commended.
