The embattled Citizen Soldier Support Program at UNC-Chapel Hill is “significantly restructuring” its mission, according to a UNC-CH press release.
The changes come after an internal review found evidence that CSSP has a poorly defined mission, a spotty record on personnel matters, and a history of misappropriating funds to irrelevant activities.
