Chapel Hill’s debate over food trucks continues and the Chapel Hill Chamber of Commerce says it’s opposed to them because the trucks represent “unfair competition” to traditional restaurants. Really? Using that logic, isn’t any competition “unfair”? If consumers want a sit-down restaurant experience, they will choose that option. If they don’t, they will choose a food truck or a fast-food window.
