A chief legislative supporter of plans to create a new UNC-Rocky Mount says he’s not concerned that the House budget includes no funds for the project.
Perhaps he should be discouraged by our Pope Center colleagues, who’ve highlighted the problems associated with creating a new university campus at that location.
