Paul Chesser‘s recent article in the American Spectator extols the virtues of faith as a moral tether, as told by former Connecticut Governor, John Rowland. Rowland, who spoke at a Headliner Luncheon earlier this year, told of his fall from political grace, amidst a local backdrop of scandal here at home.
