From Granolaville comes this opening line in the local paper about a recently held JLF event on global warming: “Marlo Lewis, a senior fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, said Wednesday that Al Gore’s documentary, ‘An Inconvenient Truth,’ is one-sided, misleading, exaggerated, speculative and wrong.” Really, that’s what it says. But don’t read about it, the rest of the story is just a convenient lie. Significantly better coverage of the event came from Chad Adams who was guest-hosting Matt Mittan’s WWNC show. If you missed our Thomas Jefferson and John Adams presidential debate at the Duplin Winery, you can hear the Q&A portion on C-SPAN radio this Sunday at 11:25AM.
