Television, radio, and travel are filling the calendar this week for John Locke Foundation Vice President for Outreach Becki Gray. In her second straight week as a guest panelist on N.C. Spin, Gray joins John Hood in discussing state SAT scores, the Council of State, and legislative studies authorized this year. Gray also discussed state and national political issues this week for Curtis Media Group’s “People and Politics” radio program. She participated again this week in the work of the state schools superintendent’s Career-Ready Study Commission, and she’ll hit the road for two public appearances Saturday. The Greensboro Neighborhood Congress invited Gray to participate in a panel discussion on taxpayer-funded elections (discussed here in a News & Record blog post). Then she will head to Monroe for a tea party speech.
