A recent editorial in the Greenville Daily Reflector touting reform of North Carolina’s electoral redistricting process mentions the John Locke Foundation’s support for the concept. (Real potential for a solution lies in the non-partisan redistricting commission contained in House Bill 606 and promoted by End Gerrymandering Now — a group jointly supported, after all, by liberal NC Policy Watch and the conservative John Locke Foundation.)

The News & Observer‘s “Under the Dome” blog noted N.C. History Project Director Troy Kickler‘s recent appointment to the Clean Water Management Trust Fund Board of Trustees. Reports in the News & Observer and WRAL on a new group called Priorities North Carolina mention founder Chad Adams’ former work for JLF.
