According to documents filed with the SEC, UPoR circulation fell 13 percent in 2009 for daily circ and nine percent for Sunday circ.
With daily circ down to 175,595 the paper is only a few dozen subscribers away from falling behind the Ft. Worth Star-Telegram for fourth-place in the MNI daily circ universe. The UPoR Sunday sub of 231,243 is already down to fifth-place.
