To 10 flights a week from November 5th through February 27th. The second flight to London operates only on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from Charlotte, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays on the return from London. Last year, it was 14 flights a week — two flights a day, seven a week — for most of that period.

US Airways’ Charlotte-Frankfurt flight is daily during November while Lufthansa’s Charlotte-Munich flight operates six days a week in November (not on Saturdays).

US Airways remaining flights to Europe from CLT — that would be Barcelona, Dublin, Madrid, Rome, and Paris — are summer seasonals only, and don’t operate beyond late October at the latest.

Analysis: If you want to see more year-round nonstop service from CLT to Europe, this is a bad sign. Hard to image something like CLT-Paris or CLT-Rome happening even just three days a week in winter when the hub-to-(alliance partner) hub service to London is getting cut by a quarter.
