That is the very latest from the confab in Richmond over CMPD police chief Rodney Monroe’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Unnamed VCU officials made a mistake and will be disciplined, but Monroe gets to keep the BA degree he received nonetheless.
Does not really surprise me. If they had tried to yank it, Monroe could’ve sued and spilled all kinds of nasty stuff forth.
