The N.C. Elections Board has voted to refer its information about the N.C. Amusement Machine Association and individuals connected to it to the District Attorney’s office for further investigation for possible criminal charges.

The list of individuals includes many of the people who testified before the elections board over the past two days.

The motion also includes a provision that N.C. House Speaker Jim Black’s campaign had no connection to and knew nothing about illegal activity linked to the video poker campaign contributions.
