This is good. CMPD believe Daniel Antonio Green shot another man in SW Charlotte after an argument broke out while they were watching a football game on around 3pm on Sunday afternoon. That would be during the Tampa Bay-NO game for those following at home.
Karl Kincaid wound up at CMC in stable condition and Green has been charged assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
