Virginia Legislature and Illegal Immigrants

According to the Chronicle of Higher Education, Republicans in
Virginia are making a move that would make it the state the first to
ban illegal immigrants from public colleges. Another bill would prevent
illegal immigrants who graduate from Virginia high schools from paying
in-state tuition rates at public colleges and universities.

This could be worth keeping an eye on. If you remember, last year North
Carolina General Assembly members attempted to pass House Bill 1183
that would?ve allowed illegal immigrants in North Carolina to pay
in-state tuition rates at UNC system schools.
