Winston-Salem Dash owner Billy Prim has already spent $23 million on the taxpayer-funded stadium that sits unfinished off Peters Creek Parkway.
That includes the $12 million the city has kicked in. Just another reminder — the original cost of the stadium was projected to be $22 million.
