Winston-Salem City Manager Lee Garrity is proposing layoff in a another tough budget year that could see a 4.2-cent property tax increase.
Garrity is proposing laying off between 10 and 14 employees out of a workforce of 2,500.
Good thing the private sector’s doing fine.
