A 62-year-old Winston-Salem woman is seeking —at the very least —- an apology from the city after bus driver takes off before she’s seated, causing injuries to her neck and ankle.
But the city says there’s nothing it can do because the drivers are employed by a private, unionized company.
However, the city’s Risk Management Office could step in and handle Alice Wood’s case.
