In as much as the South Park Paking Deck Collapse of 08 has transfixed local media for a day now, it falls to me to relate that CMUD suffered some sort of water pipe mishap on Trade St. last night, resulting in a loss of water pressure across the system for much of the evening.
As you cannot take pictures of a lack of water pressure, this has not been widely reported, if at all despite the fact that it impacted many thousands of households across Charlotte. We now return you to the All-Parking Deck Mishap coverage already in progress.
