I recently asked Jan Davis, a local Asheville City Councilman who also runs a tire store, if he would be interested in doing an interview for a local paper since the board is taking a summer holiday. I asked him to send me a list of issues, a discussion of which might prove impactful, and he emailed the following response:

I will try to get it done. We are slammed at the shop, it may be after the holiday.
