The campaign for student body president is underway at UNC Chapel Hill. According to this Daily Tar Heel story, students are taken aback by, well, politics. Some are troubled to find out that who you know matters in politics, that the most well informed candidate may not get key endorsements, and that the most knowledgeable candidate may not win.
Perhaps these students can now relate to Hillary Clinton’s level of frustration last spring.
