Wake Forest basketball coach Jeff Bzdelik ‘revealed’ the decision to suspend center Tony Woods after Woods was charged with assaulting his live-in girlfriend, who is also the mother of their 1-year-old child.
Woods was “charged with three misdemeanors — assault inflicting serious injury, assault on a female and assault inflicting injury in the presence of a child. Police said that Barbour sustained a lumbar spine fracture.”
