Although I generally regard the NC Center for Public Policy Research “effectiveness rankings” as crap on toast — you know, warmed over and easy to make — it is interesting that state Sen. Malcolm Graham (D-Meck.) is noted for having the worst attendance in the Senate.
Graham only managed to be in his seat 74 percent of the time. What is he doing on the side?
