Here’s then-city water resources director Allan Williams explanation of the the Jordan Lake Rules to the then-City Council back in 2007.
Seemed to me Williams explained to the council that G’boro already had stormwater ‘best management practices’ in place and that another layer of regulation would come at a large cost with little benefit.
