Coming up on a month past due, the Mecklenburg County web site still shows the $599,400 property tax bill for the EpiCenter complex, valued at $43.5m. and recipient of hundreds of thousands of dollars from the city of Charlotte, as delinquent.
Right now over $16K in interest charges have been added to the bill.
I’m sure city re-development czars Pat Mumford and Tom Flynn are all over this.
