The Greensboro company RF Micro has gotten multiple subsidies from the state and local governments. Now it?s back asking for more incentives from Guilford County to help finance an expansion. “It is good news that they are back,” Commissioner Mike Barber told the Greensboro News & Record. “It means their business is expanding.”
So does that mean it?s bad news that thousands of other Guilford County businesses are not before the county commission asking for repeated or even introductory handouts? Does that mean none of them, who employ the vast majority of area residents, is expanding?
